The DILG-NCR subscribes to the policy on supporting the needs of women and men employees who bring their children to the Office due to a lack of access to alternative child care options. The policy will be communicated to all current employees and will be included in the new employee On-boarding Program.
This agency encourages employees and management to have a positive, accepting attitude toward working women who are breastfeeding. Discrimination and harassment of breastfeeding mothers in any form are unacceptable and shall be referred to the Committee on Decorum and Investigation
